Remembering your dreams


Do you ever wake up in the morning and get just a glimpse of your dream before it slips from your mind? There seems to be a powerful mechanism that makes most of our dreams inaccessible shortly after waking.


Some dream analysts suggest you keep a notebook by the bed and write down your dreams immediately on waking, before you've even moved from bed.


Other dream analysts suggest that you're more likely to recall your dreams if you go to sleep concentrating on your desire to recall your dream.
